Export file location bug

On Win 10, when exporting a file (either from the 'Media' export or even 'Export Frame') when I try to select the export path / file name (which should open an explorer window), nothing happens and I can no longer select anything in Premiere. When I click I hear the windows alert sound which suggests that the explorer window has opened somewhere in the background, but I can't find it anywhere. This forces me to end the premiere task and start over. 

In summary, I can't select where I export files or rename them in the beta.
