Exporter not respecting "range" when different from work area.

PP 22.1.1 Beta Build 7:

Exporter did not pay attention to the "range" setting when sending to AME.

1. Finish an edit but leave the Work Area bar with half the timeline selected

2. Export tab (new Exporter loads)

3. Discover that the work area is not the full project.  

4. Click "Range" and choose "Entire Source"

5. Send to AME.

Actual result: AME starts rendering the selected Work Area Bar.

Expected result: AME To render the whole timeline.

Workaround: Select work area to include all timeline and export.
