Exports almost always fail in 22.1.1x49

Regardless of which project I'm working on, exporting within Premiere fails about 80% of the time, with some kind of exporter error. I've been exporting as H.264 and QuickTime ProRes422 and both are equally unreliable. Luckily, Media Encoder seems to be more reliable.

I also had the strange situation where one clip (out of about 30 in my sequence) exported without its Lumetri colour grade. Duplicating the clip on top of itself fixed the problem.
