Feature Request: Proxies of Stills

I find that different builds can sometimes create a slowdown in reframing jpgs or PNGs imported into Premiere.  How about creating a proxy workflow just for stills?

    Turns out this is probably not necessary, when I switch back to 25.1.0 (build 73) from Beta (25.2.0 build 70), I have no problems with stills, at least on my system. It's something about beta that makes reframing of stills - zooming etc., laggy.
