Firefly AI in Premiere Pro Beta

Just having my first look at the Premiere Pro Beta.

I believe it's supposed to have the new Firefly AI but I can't seem to do all the cool groovy things from the cool groovy promo.

Did a search for tutorials but everyone is selling either an app or their social media brand.

Wondering if anyone else who is excited about AI has hit the same roadblock as me.
