generative extend doesn't work - citing community policy violation..

I would like to ask for help because the generative extension feature is completely useless for me in Premiere beta, because it pops up a message saying that the action violates the community guidelines... It's just a video of a door being closed... I have the same experience with Photoshop's generative tool... It doesn't create completely ordinary things referring to the same thing... what should I do in this case? for the monthly subscription fee I feel it would be fair to expect that the services we subscribed to will work.
