glitching zoom in & out on timeline

Hey! When I use the shortcut (option + mouse wheel) for zooming in on the sequence timeline, it suddenly locks in to the fullest zoom option & wont let me zoom out, I'll have to manually zoom out using the slide at the bottom of the timeline to view the timeline again. (count how many times I said zoom lol)

Im guessing its a bug from the beta, but does anyone know of a solution for this?

Im using an m1 mac mini if that helps with anything.
