Handling Different Camera LUTs in Premiere Pro Beta Color Grading

I’m currently working with the new Premiere Pro Beta color grading tools and ran into a workflow question.

My footage comes from multiple cameras (Sony FX30 and DJI Air 3S), and each camera requires its own specific LUT for proper color matching. The issue is figuring out the best way to manage this efficiently in the new color grading workflow.

Right now, I’m unsure how to structure the process so that each camera source automatically gets the correct LUT applied without constantly switching settings or breaking the grading workflow later on.

What would be the recommended approach for handling multiple camera-specific LUTs in Premiere Pro Beta? Is there a clean workflow for organizing this in the new system?

The best way to do this is to select the media in the Project panel, open the “Color Management” panel (or right click the media > Modify > Color) and set the Override Media Color Space to use the correct transform.

If you prefer, you can use an Input LUT instead in that menu.

Applying these later on in the workflow as creative LUTs might not get you the result you’re looking for. The above solution will apply the change to the source and will be visible everywhere that media is located, so if you have need of applying LUTs to the timeline clips for this purpose, you could instead select those clips in the Clip Grid in Color Mode and add a LUT Operation to the “Selection” and the select your camera-specific LUT at that point. It won’t be as clean as the method above, but if you’re wanting to create a variety of outputs from the same source media, this might be better for you.

Any news? I actually have the same issue.
In the “old” Lumetri I would create 2 adjustment layers and easily cut for every cam.

Now, I can’t seem to understand this :(
