HEVC videos are rendering upside down

Ever since a recent update, rendering in HEVC has been creating videos that are upside down. Using other codecs will render in the proper orientation, and the 'output' in 'preset' shows the video in the correct orientation even when the HEVC format is chosen.

I'm using Adobe Media Encoder (Beta) Version 22.5 Build 15 on MacOS Monterey 12.3.1 on Apple Silicon M1 Max. The previous version had this issue too, which is why I updated just today, to no avail.
