Upon sharing changes in Premeire Pro to a team project, a dialogue box appears that gives the user the opportunity to write a comment for the other team members who will receive the shared edits. However, I can not find the comments that have been shared. How do team members see the comments left in the team project?

Thanks for your feedback, making these comments more easily accessible is on our ToDo list.
In the meantime you can find the comments in the Media Browser either per "right-click on the Team Project > 'Team Project Versions...' " or in the Tooltip of the vertical version slider
