How to export all sequences as one from Premiere Pro Beta

Hi I hope someone can help me out.  I'm finding me feet with Premiere Pro Beta and recently, ripple deleted all pauses and filler words from a video about 55 mins long.  This partitioned the video into numerous sequences.  Now when I try to export, only 'Sequence 1' will render.  I've tried nesting all sequences together for export but it's no good.  I've tried closing/reopening etc. but to no avail.  I'd appreciate any advice,
