I can no longer zoom out further than a few frames beyond the last clip in PP Beta

Especially when making a selects timeline I like to zoom out to as much as twenty-thirty minutes visible on the timeline. However now I can only back up as far as the final clip in the timeline. I included a screenshot of the smallest I could make my timeline... I used to be able to back it way out with just the minus key...
