I’m experiencing a repeatable export issue in Premiere Pro Beta 27.

When I export a sequence, Premiere is creating two separate files instead of one completed video file:

04 Social.mp4 — video
04 Social219ef3b2-e0b6-4d97-9bfb-7ccdfe61236f.aac — audio

Expected Behavior

Premiere Pro should export one MP4 file containing both the video and audio together.

Actual Behavior

The export finishes, but Premiere creates the MP4 and AAC audio as separate files. The AAC file is also being given a long automatically generated string of characters after the original file name.

This is happening repeatedly when exporting from Premiere Pro Beta 27, so it does not appear to be a one-time failed export.

I have attached a screenshot showing the two files that Premiere creates after the export.

Please investigate whether this is a current Beta export/muxing issue. I would be happy to provide my export settings, project information, or additional testing information if needed.

We have lots of problems since 2 weeks and yesterday i try to uninstalled and to installed after … the problem with colors is resolved, bat export NOT. They charge on final separated one with video and soundtrack … Do you have some ideas to change it ? Thanks

I had the same issue, so I tried sending it to Media Encoder and exporting it there.
It actually worked, so try that if you're having issues exporting

I am also encountering the same issue. SO ANNOYING! In all my years using Premiere I have never had this problem. Figure it out, Adobe. We pay a lot of money to use this program as a subscription now, when previously we used to just own the software, so we should not be inconvenienced for even 5 seconds. UNACCEPTABLE and intolerable.

So…. As a work around I took the 2 files (audio and video) and opened them in Premier Pro (non Beta) and added them to a sequence and exported from there.
