Steps to reproduce:1. Cut then Delete section of Caption track and video track2. Delete 'gap' in Caption track using 'Delete Ripple'. Result: ... Caption Track 'Delete Ripple' also deletes the same gap in the video BUT not the audio                 When moving audio track after the  Caption Track 'Delete Ripple', audio track is not synced to video track e.g., removing 2 seconds in  Caption Track using 'Delete Ripple' results in the associated audio track 'gap' being 2 seconds behind the video and caption tracks. Refer to screen shots. When trying to 'Delete Ripple' the gap in audio track, the video track also moves 2 seconds 'left'. Problem is audio track becomes out of sync to Video track when using Caption Track using 'Delete Ripple' Expected: ...Caption Track 'Delete Ripple' to only affect that track, not others. Audio to remain in sync with video track. System info    Application: Premier

In v.14.4.0.28 Scene detection crashes the Premiere software everytime.

Suggestion for Caption Trimming:1. When trimming the end or sart of a caption segment, can a vertical line appear across the audio track(and possibly all tracks) to help align the start of speech/dialogue so that the caption trim can be more visually accurate please?Regards,Greg Cronan 

I'm playing with some footage and getting lots of accidental glitches and data moshing. It's actually amazing for what I'm doing. So I'm screen capturing it and trying to trick premiere into doing it more.    I'd like to make this an official feature request! EDIT: Added images inline.    

Just installed latest version of PP Beta. Problems are:1. Captions Window has disappated but Captions track and text in each track segment is visible2. Double clicking in Captions track does not make the Captions Window appear.Refer to screen shots below.Can this be fixed ASAP?Regards,Greg Cronan   

I'm using the latest Beta version and encountered the following problems using the Captions feature:1. Highlighting a 38 minute long SRT track and applying a Y axis value of 87 does not work. However, I can chnange this value is each SRT block which may conatin 3 to 10 worrds.2. After editing video an imported SRT track, timecode in SRT does not change to align to new Video timecode postion. e.g., Video timecode 00.00.07.00 but SRT timecode = 00.08.20.173. Inconsistent performance when dragging start or end bar of SRT timeline section. e.g., Fault 1: SRT block disappears. Fault 2: Cannt move left side SRT bar to new position within its block i.e., shorten the original length of the SRT bar... yet I can do this function at other times.4. When searching a word in Captions Panel then selecting a Caption block with that word, the respective sengment of video does not appear. This requires manually gragging the timeline bar to find the particlaur section of video and Caption. I suggest when

Quick breakdown of the workflow: QuickTime Screen recordingBring that file into Pr ProUsually include some other footage from a camera to sync in the timeline The issue: If the screen recording file includes any movement, the footage looks very pixelated. This is a problem before and after a render as well as after the export.The original file does not have this problem.This was an issue with the M1 MacBook on the non-Beta version of Pr Pro, it seems to be better with the Beta, but still prevalent.This did not occur on a 2019 silicon updated MacBook. The screen recording file is not the same framerate as the sequence/timeline, but that has not been a problem on past/non-M1 machines. Possible fix: Disabling hardware encoding will fix it, but I don't see that as a viable solution given how slow software encoding is. If anyone knows of a fix without using software encoding, that would be incredible. 

I want a movie of stills, so I set the default still duration to TWO seconds.Then they all come in at 1.29 seconds.  Now what? 

The current version of premiere beta for M1 (as of 1/4/2021) CAN'T FIND Red files associated with a premiere project that was previously created on the intel version of premiere... When I attempt to locate the files "For example" (A001_0101Z6.RDM ---> A001_R001_0101G3.RDC ---> A001_R001_0101G3_001.R3D)" they simply don't show up. They show up in finder, but the Adobe "Link Media" finder doesn't recognize them..... Is there a way to resolve this on my end or do I have to wait for an update?

In the new "Text" tool, when you click on "Add new captions segment" icon automatically deletes recent caption box with input and replaces with new blank caption box. 

The audio sync in the beta seems to be off by about 10 frames Easy to manually fix but definitely off

Mass import via "show package contents" process of MOGRT files doesn't work. It misses the majority of them, but then when you go and add them in one-by-one, they work and import fine

While opening my project, it seems like MP3 files are not supported

is this something that will addressed in future updates?

Sometimes some sound disappears from audio only tracksThese tracks work out of the finder. I know they used to play in PPro because they have in outs.Isn't this an old problem that should be fixed by now?How should I continue to work on projects?      

Media Saying it's not linked on launch but can't be found in project. Steps to reproduce:    1. Open project.    2. Pop-up says a lot of media isn't linked and shows wrong old path to media.     3. Hit cancel or offline all    4. Give it about 10 minutes after the project is up to finish opening    5. Can't find any of those clips as offline in project. Result: Everything is fine in the project from what I can tell BUT the pop up every time I launch is bothersome.Expected: If the media is linked it should stay linked. The preview thumbnails in the assembly panel of premier pro (beta) is not showing correctly at the moment. They seem to take a preview from one or two files and then copies that to every other file in the folder making it difficult to select the correct file.

The use of control surfaces is impossible, for operations for example adding tracks, changing fps to the working sequence, leads to ppro freezing. Hello. I'm having some problems when I try to import .mov with rgb + alpha for the timeline.The program cannot read the file, so it freezes the entire project, including the audio. When I deletefile from the timeline, it works perfectly again.

Hi,Just downloaded this latest Beta and started a project to find that some of the essential effects I use routinely are no longer there.  No ‘auto levels’No ‘auto contrast’No ‘auto color’No ‘equalize’ (color)No ‘video limiter’.No video limiter!! ie no Broadcast safe option? Really? Please tell me this is not the way forward. I can live without the 'autos' as I just use them for reference mainly but no equalize (photoshop style) either?Hoping theyve been renamed something else and not just removed. Adobe plz keep Video Limiter and Equalize (photoshop style) effects!! Macbook Pro 13" M1Big Sur 11.116gb ram, 1TB ssd.

I am running Premiere Pro Beta on a Mac M1 Air. Immediately saw better performance of C4K 10 bit clips with just a tiny bit of lag. However when I try to Export or Queue - it throws up the message that it can't find Media Encoder - even though ME is present with my installed Premiere 14.7.0. I guess the BETA will only work fully when they release ME BETA? 

I posted an issue here on Error 160 which caused me not to be able to update. So far the only "response" was from MYSELF reporting an update. Since then, my Creative Cloud app reports me "up to date" but the app itself reports 14.9.0 while my understanding is we're actually up to 14.9.0.13. Can someone PLEASE assist me in getting updated? I know better than to contact support on a beta version, so the last bastion of aid is from staff helping HERE, and I'm feeling a bit ignored that my problem in updating has gone ignored by said staff (or possibly more experienced users). In advance, I appreciate your help (while being disappointed at no help arriving earlier.) Great holidays to all. 

I would've thought this ability would've been added by now but I'm curious why we can't map keyboard shortcut for this new feature. In the pictures attach, it's a menu command and a right click command but not something that can be mapped. The only way I was able to map it was using Keyboard Maestro for Mac. Any chance we will get that ability in the next beta releases?

So I've brought this up 3 separate times over the span of over a month and have not received a response. The "Media Replace" does not work when you do "render and replace". This is a major problem asmogrt files tend to play very slowly so therefore, its always good to render and replacebut now I cant render and replace because the file wont work when using media replace.
