I’m unable to make any changes in the Preferences tab because the error **"Invalid type conversion"** keeps appearing whenever I try to update the settings. What could be the problem and solution for this?

I just rebuilt the project in regular/non-Beta Premiere.

Yeah I did the same in the end, but it’s time consuming for no reason

Same here. It just started happening yesterday. I uninstalled and reinstalled, same thing. Footage is all from the same cameras and filetypes I use many times per month. Even deleting all files in the timeline, it keeps happening. This is Premiere Beta.
