is the beta transcription service down?

howdy, I've been part of the beta transcription/captions program.  and, today, when I go to transcribe a sequence...it indicates that it "unable to connect to cloud service."

 

is it a glitch for today, etc, or is this a permanent halt?

hello, i've done that a few times already.

 

i've checked the Adobe Limited Acess tool; and, the GlobalRoot Sign CA and all the other stuff; but, I'm still unable to get the transcription option

 

below is what the error message looks like.

just doing a bump! anybody from Adobe here:

I'm not able to get the transcribe button active.

Hi!

The "Transcribe" button is greyed out. I have my audio input connected. Am I doing something wrong?

I'm using a webcam's microphone.

Hi !

 

The transcription program is still up and running - please make sure you are still logged into your creative cloud account in the Creative Cloud Desktop App. Signing out and back in will make sure you are fully authenticated.
