'Keyboard Shortcuts' Interface Not Opening

I've seen a few posts about this - using 24.1.0 Build 21 on a 2022 M1 Ultra Mac Studio (Ventura 13.5.2), and I am unable to open the "Keyboard shortcuts..." interface by means of clicking it or using the shortcut. Cache/Preferences did not fix the issue. Hope a resolution is found soon!
