Latest Update doesn't work! Bug Crash and then video failure

Help!

The latest 2 versions of Premiere Pro Beta both send a Crash Report screen up with the message below.  If I ignore the warning, then after the project loads, the video monitors don't show any video, just the remains of the previous window without a redraw.
