M1 MacBook QuickTime Screen Recording Files Issues

Quick breakdown of the workflow:
- QuickTime Screen recording
- Bring that file into Pr Pro
- Usually include some other footage from a camera to sync in the timeline
The issue:
- If the screen recording file includes any movement, the footage looks very pixelated.
- This is a problem before and after a render as well as after the export.
- The original file does not have this problem.
- This was an issue with the M1 MacBook on the non-Beta version of Pr Pro, it seems to be better with the Beta, but still prevalent.
- This did not occur on a 2019 silicon updated MacBook.
- The screen recording file is not the same framerate as the sequence/timeline, but that has not been a problem on past/non-M1 machines.
Possible fix:
- Disabling hardware encoding will fix it, but I don't see that as a viable solution given how slow software encoding is.
If anyone knows of a fix without using software encoding, that would be incredible.
