Mac App Freezes on Opening/Creating New Project

I've resorted to try the Beta version. Having the same issue in 15.4.1. 
Everytime I try to open a previous project or try to create a new document I get the blue loader bar up to about 75- 80% full. Then I get the Beach Ball. Crashes. Force Quit.
Tried Reseting Preferences. Cleared Media Cache. Reset Plug-in Cache.
I've also tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Even tried older versions. Restarting my mac completely. Etc.
Reading threads and discussions. Spent a day troubleshooting.

I'm stuck. Need this app working daily for my job.
Please help!!

seems the same issue as mentioned in https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro-beta-discussions/pr-beta-crash-on-massaging-src-broacaster-cpp-105/td-p/12391419

 

This will be fixed in the next beta build. Sorry for the inconvenience.
