Mac don't connect to cloud service

Thank you for reporting this issue.

Have you received an email confirming that you were accepted into the preview program? The speech to text feature is currently only available for preview to a limited group of users.

If you did receive the email there are two things to check:

 - does the email you applied with match the email of your adobe-io you use to log into creative cloud desktop?

 - can you try to log out and back into creative cloud desktop?

It is the same on Windows surface pro.
