Masking Causing All Sorts of Issues in 27.0

ANOTHER masking issue.  Mask effect anywhere on the timeline causing framing issues, color issues, etc.  The newest one:  causes the “needs GPU acceleration” warning to pop up and appear in render, even after rendering effects in timeline
