Media Encoder don't open App not running anymore.

For some reason, media encoder Beta quit unexpectedly, and so did my computer. I have since restarted, but the application does not want to open.

So I installed the latest version of media encoder beta, without being equally successful in getting the application to work.

I am on the latest updated version of media encoder beta. My Adobe Premiere is on version 15.0.0 Beta. Do you have a solution for me?
