MENU "New bin from selection" is disable

Today when I tried to group in BIN a selection of sequences I noticed that the option is disabled

System info
Application: Premiere Pro (Beta) v22.1.1.31
OS: Windows v10.0.19042, RAM: 95.93 GB GB, CPUs (logical): 16

Seeing the same, but dragging the selection into the New Bin at the bottom of the Project window still works.
