Misc UI Issues in Beta 26.1.1 Build 32

I have been running into some UI issues,  first one,  searching for effects doesnt work - you can type into the field, and nothing.  This list of effects is also missing TONS of stuff, both default premier, and my installed boris BCC stuff.

Beta:

Another issue:  Entering values in certain places, like this crop dialog for CROP bottom:

will not let you hit enter or accept the change update most of the time, but not all of the time....  sometimes when it accepts a input, it doesnt perform the crop either.  sometimes it does.

Here is a grab for when I exit the dialog by usign the mouse to click on another place on the screem the dialog stays active like its still waiting on input:

Thje production version doesnt have these issues.
