Missing audio on export

I'm using Adobe Premiere Pro (Version 22.0.0 BETA, Build 29) on an i7 Surface Pro 7 and am losing audio when I export a video. The video is ~50 minutes long and being saved as H.265 mp4 (60fps 1920x1080 video, 320kbps 48000 Hz AAC audio) using Software Encoding.

I have tried exporting it twice, and both times there was a different ~1 min period of the video without any sound (it plays fine in the timeline). There is no problem when exporting the video using Premiere Pro (v15.2.0, Build 35).

Any other information that is needed?
