Isn't that supposed to be "Pbject Tracking Tool?"

How do I get the "Object Tracking tool" back?

I just updated, again, but it's still missing.

Hi @mikecox_ It is possible object mask tool may not be able to detect certain object. In such cases, please select object mask tool and draw marquee/lasso around the object, that should create the mask in most of the cases. Attaching a quick movie for the steps. Let me know if you still face any issue.

The attachment Wouldn't open , but the thing that I am most concerned about at this point is the missing "object tracking tool.
