Mogrt not working as before in Beta 14.3.2 (Build 20)

Hello Everyone, 

I've just noticed that a lot of our mogrt's started behaving funny in the latest Premiere Beta 14.3.2. I am adding a link to screen recordings and a sample mogrt I used. I suspect there is something wrong with the After Effect's engine.
