Moving a sequence in Project panel creates a duplicate?

I'm at the end of a project and I need to clean up my Project panel, but when I attempt to move a sequence into a bin, Premiere is creating a duplicate sequence instead of just moving the sequence I'm grabbing. Is this happening to anyone else?

This issue has been fixed in Premiere Pro (Beta) 24.3 build 028, out today.
