Multicam Crashing

I'm having problems with multicam, similar to this one reported on an earlier version:

Works fine when cam switching during playback. It's seemingly after a session of doing so that almost any move can potentially cause it to hang unresponsive until I force it shut.

 

I'm on Windows 10 / NVIDIA GTX 1060 and about to clobber my prefs to get through my current project. I'm probably going to reset Windows thereafter, before starting a new project, as s mogrt I was using successfully in beta began crashing out when I last upgraded anyway & it's time.

 

Just reporting the multicam bug as a +1. I'll update if the problem remains chronic.

(Incidentally, nothing pops up under "more" when I try to edit the above post.)

I tried resetting prefs upon firing up PPro Beta. That much didn't resolve the multicam issue. I'm pretty sure my cursor becomes a tool with which I am unfamiliar, at the start of each crash. It's back to my mouse cursor / hanging before I can get a screen shot. I'll take a pic of it with my phone and check keyboard shortcuts to be sure it's not something I'm doing to change to it. I'm 99.9% certain it's an app malfunction that is triggering the tool then hanging. No amount of time prevents me from having to end task. 

 

Will manually remove the folder next.
