Need a Preference setting to bypass the new Import workflow

The new Import workflow is excellent for smaller, visual projects. But it is not helpful for interviews, documentaries or projects where the codec shot by the camera is not the codec needed for editing.

It needs:

* A preference setting to bypass this screen and go to the older create a project / sequence dialog

* Adding audio waveforms.

* Better display of audio-only files, such as sound effects and music

* Better display of waveforms for interviews

* The ability to display other metadata in List view
