New Beta Build versions

Hey Guys ,

Is there a way to find out what is new in every Beta build ? "Whats new"in Adobe Premiere is very basic and doesnt always indicate whats new in a build. Is there a way to see more so we know whats new in a build?  Example: we testing captions so every update we like to know if there is a change for us or not? Do we need to retest stuff, or is the update not for us..
