New Glitch In Premiere Pro Beta

I just experienced a new glitch in the Beta after updating to Mac OS 14.1.2. The playback of video completely freezes after you switch back and forth between two sequences. I even rolled back my version of the Beta to see if the glitch happened there too. Glitch happens on Beta 24.1.0 and 24.2.0. Doesn't happen with the working version 24.0.3 (Build 2).

64 GB RAM

Anyone else experience this? Any fixes?
