Nikon Z6 BRAW files Do not work at first

when importing BRAW Files, it has to be done in batch and then restart premiere. If one imports files individually and wants to work on them, then for every file imported or after you are done importing, you need to restart premiere.

When Files are first imported all BRaw Settings work, but exposure levels do not adjust as intended. you can see the levels shift up or down as needed, but no effect takes place, until premiere is restarted. then everything works just fine.
