Painful MIgrating Preferences to the 23.x Builds

Why is it so freaking impossible to get Premiere Pro to simply apply my prefences to a new version?

I can have my prefs upload-synced in the previous version. Then tell the new version to download sync my prefs.

It says it does.

But not a D*&M thing comes through!

What the hay, folks?!

Do I have to MANUALLY find all the files, and copy them to a new location, AGAIN?????

A bit miffed here, as might be noted ...

I know, it's insane.... the very latest beta won't let me create a sequence either, or edit a sequences' settings

C'mon, folks ... why is it so flipping hard to get Pr beta to actually DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL my prefs, workspaces & such?
