Playhead skipping ahead when paused and doing certain edits

This issue is only getting more aggrivating and I would hope to fix it asap.

Premiere Pro Beta 24.3.0 Build 10

Macbook Pro M1 Ventura 13.4.1

When paused, and I cut a clip with the razor, right after I make the cut, the playhead (and my screen) will jump ahead around 45-60 seconds. At first, this only happened when I used shift+click to cut all clips at the playhead, but now it even happens when cutting a single one. It is also happening when I paste something, or when I switch to a different sequence timeline.

Wondering if people have encountered this and what can be done here.

It's possible this was happening when you had an active search in the Text panel. We've just put a fix in the most recent build of Premiere Pro (Beta) to prevent this.
