Please add more contrast

I am enjoying the "darkest" setting with reduced contrast off.

"Light" gives me eyestrain.

It would be nice to have brightness and contrast variable controls, rather than the presets.

Even in the dark setting the stopwatch is hard to see.

In the App Preferences under Labels, there is a 'vibrant' option which may help.

This is not about label, but about the interface.

The stopwatch is hard to see, so is the lighter gray bar.
