Premier Pro (Beta) Crashing after 2024-04-16 update

Surface Studio. All patched and uptodate. Premier Pro Beta now crashed out (no error) on opening an existing or new project.

I had the same problem, realized it was an issue with third party plug-ins,
this time I went back to the release version.
