Premiere 2021 Not Working with Media Encoder 2021

The beta version of Premiere isn't communication with the beta version of Media Encoder. When I queue the export media encoder doesn't even start up.

It is working for me.

PR Beta 15.4 Build 8.

AME Beta 15.4 Build 6.

I just updated both yesterday, and I think AME had not been updated for a few cycles of PR.
