Premiere 27.1 crashes on start

Has anyone experienced Premiere Beta 27.1 crashing while opening the app? I have installed on a Mac Studio with OS 26.7, M1 with 126GB of RAM and 2TB SSD. I’ve tried reinstalling the OS, re-installing CC with no luck. I can open Premiere 271 Beta on another Mac Studio with the exact same configuration. Permissions all look good.
