Premiere and ME (Beta) seem to be "stuck" in an endless "Update Available" loop with the CC app.

It started with Premiere (Beta) where performing an update through the CC app would install. Then I launch the software and I get what I think is the latest version (Build 28) and the CC app moves Premiere from “Recent Updates” back into “New Updates. Try updating again, launch the app and it moves again. I understand some folks are using Build 29.

Media Encoder started this behavior this morning. Update, launch, CC app moves from “Recent Updates” back into “New Updates. Update again. Rinse and repeat.

thanks for letting us know! I just tried again and finally I’m out of that eternal loop!! I haven’t open the apps yet though so let’s hope everything’s working fine

When will you address this Adobe? Also, I cannot export video with sound. Plays in Premiere Pro. Tried more than a dozen times. Multiple updates. File is not corrupt because a coworker can do it on her system. I think either premiere pro or the encoder - both beta, are possibly corrupt.

ME finally stuck with today’s Build 35 update.

The sample files provided don’t have audio. I’ll bring in something that does and try exporting.

H.264 - and .mp4. Just did an uninstall with media encoder beta and premiere pro beta and will retry. Was hoping to keep preferences but I guess that might be the next step. Do it again and delete preference files too.
