Premiere Beta 24.1 crashes when replacing media in MOGRT files from the essential graphics panel

I have been using MOGRT files from the essential graphics panel, mostly those provided by Adobe themselves, for opening title treatments or lower thirds. You can change text, color, positions, etc. with no issues. But if you replace the media graphics used, the beta will crash. You will not be able to render it, and doing do almost always crashes, but a few times the progress bar does display and simply  nothing happens. Cancelling the progress bar usually crashes the app. Going back and doing the exact same method but using the officially released 24.0, everything works perfectly and as expected. No crashes.
