Premiere Beta Not Opening Projects

Dear Adobe Support Team,

Today, I have encountered issues problem where Premiere Beta fails to open any of my projects. Unlike the normal Premiere version, which functions smoothly, the beta version consistently displays an error message and refuses to load any project files nor a new project.

I have already attempted basic troubleshooting steps such as reinstalling the software and checking for updates, but to no avail. The error persists regardless of the actions I take.
