Dear Premierists:

I'm trying to use and link my After Effects comps to Premiere Beta. But Premiere Beta keeps telling me I need After Effects Beta and I can't find After Effects Beta on Creative Cloud. What should I do?

Thanks for your guidance.

Yes. That's why I'm here asking for help. Do you have any more suggestions about how I can get After Effects Beta?

@DoctorDoh,

Did you try Ann's suggestion  about resetting the cloud desktop?

In the cloud desktop, on the left, click on Apps, then click on the Beta tab.

I see a section of "Popular  beta apps" followed by "Other beta apps." If you don't see that, post a screenshot.

For me, After Effects beta is in the popular group.

If you don't see any part of what I described, post a screenshot.

Stan

Try resetting the CC App.
To reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:
Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

No, that didn't work. Still no After Effects Beta. When I try to add an After Effects file to Premiere it says I have to upload from After Effects Beta and there is no after effects Beta in my creative cloud update list.

I do have the latest version of AE though, and that still doesn't work.
