Premiere exported video has degraded audio

So far in my testing if I export and h264, the audio is noticebly degraded. Compared to the exact same h264 settings in the previous Intel version, where the audio export soudns perfect.

Had the same issue here, see in the file attached. The music is 48 kHz WAV. No issues in timeline, just in the rendered clip. Also no issues with the Intel version.

Please help us in isolating and debugging this issue.

If possible, please share media info for files encoded from Intel version and M1.
