Premiere Pro 24.3 - Proxies have the wrong size/format

I use the latest version of Adobe Premiere Pro 24.3 (MacOS or Windows). When creating proxies in a specific resolution (ProRes proxy, 1280x720px with watermark) Media Encoder always creates video proxies in 1920x1080 resolution. Even if I change the resolution to 720p.

Does anyone have the same or a similar problem?
