Premiere Pro Beta 24.5.0 Build 47 Bugs are Killing my Workflow

I've been using this for the past 48 hours and the bugs are starting to greatly affect my work. Several times per hour, clips start acting oddly. When they do this, I can't apply effects, or control the effects and audio playback drops out even though it's active on the timeline. The worst glitch in this update is when clips spontaneously cease to be able to be moved around the timeline at all. They sort of, overlap each other and freeze when I attempt to move them causing me to have to restart my machine to solve the issue. A simple reboot of the program doesn't solve this. This isn't usable or reliable right now. I've had to tell my entire team to turn off auto updates as a result. 

I am used to smooth functionality from Premiere Pro.  Is anyone else experiencing this? any remedies? I have attached a screenshot of what a frozen sequence looks like on my end. Purple clips overlap when I try to move their location. 

MacBook Pro M3 with ample memory available.
