Premiere Pro Beta 24.5.o (build47) is killing my workflow

I've been using this for the past 48 hours and it's beyond frustrating to function with. Several times per hour, clips start acting oddly. When they do this, I can't apply effects, or control the effects and audio playback drops out even though it's active on the timeline. The worst glitch in this update is when clips spontaneously cease to be able to be moved around the timeline at all. They sort of, overlap each other when I attempt to move them causing me to have to restart my machine to solve the issue. A simple reboot of the program doesn't solve this. This isn't usable or reliable right now. I've had to tell my entire team to turn off auto updates as a result. 

Is anyone else experiencing this? any remedies? Im running on a new MacBook Pro M3 with ample memory available.
