Premiere Pro Beta 25.2 doesn't open

So, as the title says, Premiere Pro beta won't open.

It only opens up the 'loader', but immediatelly stops right when it tries to load After Effects dependencies.

Problem is it generates no log because the software doesn't launch, so I have no idea even how to give details in that regard. Same thing happens with Media Encoder.

With After Effects, opening it up gives me an error at least, but has been 5 days since a post regarding this problem (which I commented to) has been posted and no answer has been given.

I really want to fix this as I need the Color Management in beta. 

I will leave the error messages from launching After Effects for illustration purposes - out of the three apps is the only one giving me something, though as you will se it doesn't make much sense. 

Also, FYI, I tried to do a bunch of stuff - uninstalling and reinstalling, uninstalling --> logging out of CC, logging back in --> reinstalling, uninstalling --> deleting preferences --> reinstalling, all the above with also rebooting the system.
