PREMIERE PRO BETA 26.5 NOT RESPONDING AFTER CLICKING ON COLOR TAB

Hi, currently editing on premiere pro beta 26.5. Last night I was able to color grade few clips but today, whenever i click on the color tab, the entire app stops responding, you can make changes on the color tab but the sequence screen(i dont know what its called, but its the playback screen) is just black. also, it wont playback. the clips on the color tab on the right side is also just black. i tried editing the file in regular premiere pro but gave me an error and the color is different.
